The guy behind the camera.

Twenty-plus years, three industries, one craft.

Born and raised in the Midwest, now at home in the Carolinas with my wife and kids. I started at a small ad agency shooting portraits, product shots, and sports — learning to get it right in the camera, on deadline.

From there I went to a greeting card company, where I learned color management — the unglamorous science of making sure the red you shot is the red that prints.

Then came years of digital retouching and color correction for some of the largest printers in the country. Work you've probably seen in national magazines passed across my screen.

All of that is why PhotoGraphics shoots look the way they do: lit carefully, shot deliberately, and finished properly. Every file that leaves this studio is retouched and color-corrected — because I spent years doing exactly that for other people's biggest clients.
